Mereka jual sesama sendiri, A jual 100,000 unit kepada B pada harga 3.5 sen, B jual 100,000 unit kepada A juga 3.5 sen, sebab sengaja nak pusing harga bagi tak naik, atau bagi turun supaya bila turun, mereka beli balik dari pelabur lain yang buat jualan panik secara besar-besaran.

Kita kena tengok juga prestasi kewangan terutama aset yang dipegang, hutang yang ditanggung, serta aliran keluar masuk kewangan, samada positif atau negatif.

Kalau nilai aset positif berbanding hutang yang ditanggung, pendapatan makin naik, untung makin naik, maka ada yang tak kena jika harga turun, mungkin untuk perangkap pelabur runcit kecil-kecilan supaya panik dan jual pada harga rendah yang tertentu, kemudian mereka tadi goreng harga bagi tinggi untuk kaut untung besar-besaran, lebih-lebih lagi bila ada projek tertentu yang diperolehi serta tahap keuntungan syarikat yang makin naik.

Sedangkan syarikat yang rugi berpuluh dan beratus juta pun harga sesaham lebih dari 3.5 sen, kalau syarikat yang jana untung pula harga makin turun, saya beranggapan ada yang nak main harga dan makan atas angin secara besaran lepas ni.

Mungkin juga ada jerung besar yang spekulasi harga bagi menjunam untuk jana untung masa dekat-dekat PRU, maklum la, nak cari dana, dekat PRU buat spekulasi bagi harga naik tinggi, sekarang mereka kutip banyak saham pada harga rendah dulu.

TSB, Advance Opportunities Fund I (Subscriber) and Advance Capital Partners Asset Management Private Limited (the discretionary investment manager of the Subscriber) are currently in discussions to enter into a supplemental Subscription Agreement to, among others, vary certain terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement. An announcement in relation to the above will be made in due course. In addition, the revised application in relation to the Proposals will be resubmitted to Bursa Securities in due course.
