To whom Tan Family sell their share in million quantity? May be among themselves, look at the volume share to buy, so huge, is shares is priceless, who want to buy it? I think Tan Family systematically push price to down so that other investor especially small retail investor sell their share in panic.

Tiger latest proposal is an insult to all its shareholders. The amount of Convertible Notes was reduced from 150il to 75Mil and the conversion price also reduced from 20sen to 10sen AND YET, the share consolidationis remains at 4:1 basis. Bursa/SC MUST NEVER approve such a blatant day light robbery scam.

Where are the corporate governance required from the Directors ?

How can a PLC with NTA per share of 14sen (56sen after consolidation) be sold to predators for a mere 10sen per share (conversion price) causing massive losses to shareholders ?

Why aren't any shares at 10sen offered to existing shareholders ?

Why doesn't Bursa/SC take action on this fraudulent act of cheating shareholders ?

The directors and management of Tiger have insider information and should ALL be charged with insider trading and manipulation of Tiger shares. The main shareholders TAN family have sold down their shareholding from 350Mil Tiger shares to the current 100plus Mil shares.

At the very least, make a formal complaint to Bursa/Security Commission and take a CLASS ACTION against the Management and Directors of Tiger for mismanagement and fraud.

This is what all aggrieved Tiger Sharehoders can and must do.

Top_10 You cannot compare Tiger to Mulpha.

Mulpha major shareholder Lee Ming Tee is a reknown market operator and they are collecting more Mulpha shares at lower prices controlling about 60% and using share buy-back another 10%.
And also, waiting for the right moment and the right Government for market move. This one is a matter of time. Mulpha Australian assets are already worth lots more than Mulpha market cap.

Tiger, on the other hand, major shareholder is a BN crony politician who has been selling down his stake from 350Mil shares to current 110Mil which is less than 6% of the Company. Why is the Tan family managing and controlling this company in such a fraudulent and irresponsible manner ? IT does seem that the TAN Family is using INSIDER INFORMATION to manipulate Tiger shares ?

Firstly, the Tan Family persistently sold down their Tiger shares from 7->6->5->4->3->2sen and forcing and pressing down the market price. They then propose 4:1 consolidation when the company is profitable with NTA 14sen. Tiger shares reduce to 425Mil shares after consolidation.

Secondly, Tiger originally propose Convertible Notes of RM150 with conversion price of 20sen which would create 750mil new Tiger shares. This proposal was subsequently withdrawn and replaced with a new amended proposal to reduce the Convertible Notes to Rm75mil and also reduce with conversion price to only 10sen but still creating 750MIl new Tiger shares (64%) to a Fund Manager with the existing shareholders 425mil (36%).

The whole scheme is a sham to cheat the honest, gullible, retail shareholders. The Tan family are using first hand Insider Information to cheat its shareholders and forcing the Tiger shares down. They must be accountable and held liable for their mismanagement and fraudulent acts. Bursa Malaysia and the Security Commission must act and investigate this manipulation/fraud.

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 14): Tiger Synergy Bhd has proposed to develop affordable homes in Seremban, under a contract worth RM1 billion.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Tiger Synergy said the group has received a letter of intent from a company called Elite Community Sdn Bhd to undertake the development.

The project involves the development of 5,000 units of affordable apartments on a leasehold land, measuring 123 acres.

The building comprises 15 blocks of 21-storey apartments, with three different built-up areas.

Tiger Synergy said the planning approval of the project will be submitted upon final design review and approvals from all relevant authorities, and are expected to be obtained within 12 months.

Construction work will commence upon receiving the building plan approval, the group added.

Tiger Synergy said the project is expected to increase its construction order book, revenue and profits.

Tiger Synergy was suspended from trading today. It will resume trading tomorrow.

The counter last closed at 4.5 sen yesterday (Dec 13), valuing the group at RM74.35 million.
