the weather is fine today inside the expired vaccine store room
=> auditors only do impairments for expired vaccines despite Big Sharks telling you its a super scam fake impairment. Yup and Sharks also told you to buy Serba coz Serba is a scam fake fraud and Serba was worth Trillions,,,, What you dun remember being cheated by Sharks in Serba case? thats becoz you enjoyed being cheated?
Being Public listed, do you know how much was fleeced off minorities shareholders the past 2 years in terms of bonus issues and share splits, prices fluctuations and left many stranded at penthouse levels????
(Highlight) The proprietary day trading (PDT) and intraday short selling (IDSS) of Pharmaniga Holdings Bhd’s securities have been suspended for the rest of Tuesday ( Feb 28 ).
SpaceX almost certainly will have a regional commercial sub-orbital offshore launchpad (plus all the related businesses such as real estate etc) located off the east coast of Peninsula Malaysia. Malaysia will be regional”HQ” for this venture. Guess which two individuals are already in discussions I had alluded to this before (maybe 2-3 months ago) in another thread
Going forward, Boustead said Pharmaniaga will continue its effort to negotiate with various parties including overseas markets for the sale of the remaining Covid-19 vaccine inventories.
Any successful sale of vaccine inventories will be write back provision from current impairment. Pharm opt for total impairment is just to meet accounting rules, any sale after impairment even at huge discount will write back current impairment in later Q.
As long as pharm business continue operation and generate profit + write back impairment if these vaccine manage to sale or export to Indonesia will lifted PN17 by end of 1 year period. Alternatively, LTAT can just make privatize call to delist pharm avoiding bursa ruling PN17
A success turnaround capitalA is example for pharma as long as business continue generate profit, PN17 will soon later lifted once cash generated surplus net asset
Most analyst are now asking if they would be having RI to raise funds for the short term loans of almost RM1 billion..........and you're still thinking and dreaming of selling the piss water vaccine to recover funds....................memang so bodoooo....
One fellow said the impairment was a " non- cash " item. If your inventory incurred and paid for is worth nothing at the end of the day, the impairment is as good as " cash forgone" . Loss of cash is loss of assets of the company representing actual loss to the company. The built up reserve has been hugely walloped by the enormous current loss.
I doubt the company will be bailed out by the present Government considering the effort to reduce hefty national debts , concerted effort to combatting corruption and efforts to alleviate the financial stress of B40 etc ....
It is very tempting to average with the hope of rebound in your fantasy. Your averaging is larger than your loss in the end, facing the same fate as those averaging in SD.....

for the past, we are led to understand that gov sign with Sinovac and Pharma act as repacker and distributor in Malaysia. Now Pharma bypass gov to buy in bulk themselves without confirm order knowing vaccine has very short lifespan? Taking the bold decision of such huge amount which now has risk the fundamental of the co, wont the very top management need to take responsibility and come out to explain the decision? It is weird that Boustead CEO quoting this: "We are supporting the management team to ensure a robust regularisation plan is in place to strengthen the company’s balance sheet and progressively work towards the upliftment of the Practice Note 17 status,"
