dont worry, just a small fraction from what they are holding for warrant. They wont sell like no tomorrow, the transacted price and volume get absorbed very fast. The trend is still on our side..

TA = Technical Analysis

1. 充分洗盘，筹码高度集中，10，20，30 天均线凝结
2. 标准型态，股价窄幅震荡并形成了一个横的平台，可以参考Thong Guan2016三月到五月相同型态
3。洗盘期间成交缩量
4. 股价已从底部回升，均线多头排列，上升趋势确定

thanks ezobear, guys dont need to worry about director movement too much.they are human too and will sell to make money but the proportion wont be significant to determine the market trend.. believe yourself if cant hold just sell it, thats simple..investment is always on own judgement call even the director of company cant predict but just sell when can make money,, so sit tight and we will see whther next liihen in making from 2.20 to 3,40 in 3 months.. now TP 2.50 first after QR result

From last 2 years record, Director cash out small number of shares before CNY. Seem like he need some free cash to celebrate CNY .. :)

From other perspective, boss allocate all his $ into PoHuat business, a great sign ... may be this is the reason he consistently gives dividend for past 7 quarters .... :D

simple man, to answer your question-no one knows the answer. it could be fund manager who spot pohuat and subsequently bring up today rally. but it shouldnot be the director coz there is no announcement for today yet-sometimes it gets delayed too. Judging from today volume, no doubt some party is cooking it now-very likely insider news of good QR result..

if insiders are buying that means something good is coming up which is the quarterly result. So it's a good time to accumulate before the results is out. bear in mind the whole dec and end nov, usdmyr is trading ard 4.4 and above. For exporters like poh huat, most likely they will hold on to usd with the usd strength across the board. Easily 5% gain as compared to 4.2000

as for Jan - Mar, usdmyr has been trading like 4.4300 - 4.4700. With the new capacity in Vietnam, improved margin and improving housing sector in the United States, Poh huat is gonna do well on the following quarter as well !!

He did the same few month back when the warrant was at 80+c or is it 70+c. Anyway, i will hold till next week. USD still remain at 4.45 which is higher than what pohuat expected. Anything above 4.20 is a bonus. FED rate hike decision by this week. All looks kinda positive to me...

i read few months back that analyse forecast MYR will be 4.50/4.60 to USD if FED rate hike. And couple with oil price drop below US50/barrel, MYR might reach RM5.
