No , the 3.20 is based on June quarterly report.

the fire incident will not have any effect on the Sept report. It will only be reflected on the Dec report.

可能Q3 有股息,美丽业积 帶动股价向上,利空(工厂火患己过),保险金可抵销部份损失,

这次在汇率,公司产量的利好下,Q3业绩肯定亮点,配合股票拆散和送WARRAT

the share price can easily go to RM3.00 given an expected EPF of 30 sen and PE of 10x now. Dividend ? It is not just the 3 sen. Don't forget the "free warrants" ! Assuming share price maintain at RM3.00, the warrants can easily go to RM0.50 and it will happen very soon after the EGM on 1/10. So, total "dividend" is 53 sen !!

I note that the bank borrowings had increased dramatically to RM 52mil with lesser cash flow from operating activities.

However, i wasn't able to understand abt the cash flow from investing and financing activities. ANyone can explain? thanks!

浅谈 7088 pohuat堡发 Q3的业绩---

---公司于5,6,7月的Q3, 2015 业绩很好，赚了 1062万，Eps=9.96sen ,nta=rm1.84
若下来Q4有900万(EPS=8.43 SEN),则全年可赚3233万(EPS=30.29 SEN)
现RM2.90只是PE=10.44 倍在交易,明显被低估了,合理的PE=12,价位=RM3.63
---公司于301-07-2015 pohuat 的债务5288万,公司有CASH 7282万,净现金达1994万.
---派息单层3 SEN,30-09-15 除权,16-10-15过戶.
---公司发言人表示，纯粹基于外汇收益，就能够带动公司营业额增加30%至40%。
他指：“令吉走势疲弱是推动股价走高的主要因素。”
他补充，木制家具制造商堡发资源是幸运的，因为去年并无做对冲措施，
所以现在能够从美元走强中获益。
---warrant 每股行使价是1令吉,a)若rm2，90買入2000股，如果到除权日也是rm2，90拆后为rm1.45
warrant上市最少有45sen，你可以净利450元,这里先不计買賣费用,但公司前景亮丽，
因此我估计上市会取得10sen的溢价，45加10sen=55sen（550元净利）。
b)如果到除权日是rm3，20拆后为rm1，60
warrant上市最少有60sen，股价票面赚30sen（2000股赚600元），你可以净利1200元
若上市取得10sen的溢价，可得1300元
c)如果到除权日是rm3，40拆后为rm1，70
warrant上市最少有70sen，股价票面赚50sen（2000股赚1000元），你可以净利1700元
若上市取得10sen的溢价，可得1800元
以此类推.

对的,1 拆 2,再4 送 1 warrant ,故2000 股～4000 股,得1000 股warrant.

Yes it is correct. If u buy 2 shares, will get 4 altogether after being split. The 4 shares will be entiltld for 1 new warrants share.
