sorry, revised TP is RM3.60, not RM3.92

3.28 / 2 = 1.64

WA = 1.64 - 1.00 = 0.64

0.64 / 2 = 0.32

RM3.28 + RM0.32 = RM3.60

this is assuming zero conversion premium

Icon888, yours is theoretical ex-split price.
Theoretical ex-split price: P1 x RPV/OPV = RM3.28 x RM0.5 /RM1.00 = RM1.64
P1 = Previous day closing price of shares
RPV = Revised par value of shares
OPV = Original par value of shares
Theoretical ex-all price: ((P2 x Y) + (Ep + X)) / (X + Y)
= ((RM1.64 x 4) + (RM1.00 x 1)) / (1 + 4)
= RM1.51
P2 = Previous day closing price of shares
Ep = Exercise price of warrants
X = Number of new shares arising from the exercise of warrants issued for every one (1) share in issue
Y = Number of shares in issue to be entitled for one (1) warrant

I see...coz OTB had corrected me once in the earlier discussion here about the pricing.

So, my earlier calculation is correct : { 2 X 3.28 + 1 } divided by 5 = 1.51.

So the value of warrants will be 1.51 minus 1.00 = 0.51 sen? correct?

Rosmah, we have to take consideratipn on the exercise price of warrants in the ex-all price even though the warrants is given "free". The warrants are also a part of shares if it were converted into mother shares with the conversion price of RM1.00.

Yes, the value of warrants will be RM0.51 without taking into the premium of 5 years time. After taking into consideration of the premium of 5 years time, the value of the warrants should be higher than RM0.51.

今曰股价Rm3.28,拆后为rm1.64 ,warrant 上市最少有64sen(溢价应有74sen),丰衣足食了！别忘了还有10天的最后完美走势.
