目标价：3.64令吉
最新进展
堡发资源（POHUAT，7088，主板消费产品股）截至7月31日第三季，净利狂飙1.74倍，并宣布派息每股3仙。
当季净利从上财年同期的388万2000令吉，扬升至1062万8000令吉。
同时，营业额也从8911万9000令吉，年增26.2%，至1亿1250万令吉。
累积首三季，净利按年扬83%至2333万4000令吉；营业额则增16.6%，至3亿1375万令吉。
行家建议
堡发资源的业绩符合我们的预测，占全年总预测的63.8%，家具销售通常是第四季最强，因为需求会在年终佳节前涌现。
业绩走强主要归功于美元兑令吉升值、效率及经济规模改善。
由于销售主要以外币计价，尤其是美元，因此，美元走强估计将激励堡发的净利表现。

The sudden plunge from RM3.09 to RM3.03 really scared me. Fortunately it recovered back to RM3.07. KLCI in red and Dow Jones futures also in red. I am aiming for RM3.50 before split and free warrants.

Hi Cherry88. I think you could be right. TayKH is not retiring and my earlier comment is probably incorrect and surely hasty. I am sorry. I would not read too much into him selling though. He would have his own reasons for doing so...we do not know. The company still looks like a good investment to me.

mmk79 : there is share split of 1 into 2 . After the share split, u r entitled for free warrants 1: 4 @ RM1.00 per piece of conversion price.
which means , for simplicity, that u need 2 mother shares of Pohuat prior to splitting to get 4 new Pohuat mother shares + 1 free warrants.
Assume your TP is RM 3.64 ( As mentioned by 8wptmw).

Therefore, your cost price will be RM (3.64 times 2) plus 1 = RM 8.28
At the end of the proposals, u will get 4 new mother shares with 1 free warrants = 5
so 8.28 divided by 5 = 1.66

Free warrant is given free, no need to add 1.00 in computation. You did not pay 1.00 to Pohuat management. I feel that the aforesaid calculation is wrong.
I think it should be (3.64*2)/4=1.82.
Please enlighten me.
