周一，《华尔街日报》援引多位OPEC代表报道称，海湾国家希望观察伊朗原油回归市场后的影响，不支持当前召开OPEC紧急会议。受此影响，油价跌幅迅速扩大。目前美油跌4.4%，布油跌3.6%。

据《华尔街日报》报道，海湾国家OPEC代表们称，不支持OPEC召开紧急会议，希望等到OPEC下次会议，也就是6月会议，再做决定。海湾国家OPEC代表们称，想要先观察伊朗制裁解除后，伊朗原油回归市场后对油价的影响。

海湾国家OPEC代表们不支持召开紧急会议，意味着OPEC国家们采取共同行动提振油价的预期下降，油价跌幅进一步扩大。目前，美油跌4.4%，布油跌3.6%。美油盘中跌破32美元，布油达到34.4美元一线。

周一，原油市场减产前景不明朗，使得油价在经历了上周大幅反弹后，开始回落。中国、韩国不佳的经济数据，对当日油价也构成负面影响。

海湾国家包括沙特、科威特、卡塔尔、阿联酋，在OPEC中具有强大的影响力。

OPEC其它成员国，如委内瑞拉、阿尔及利亚、尼日利亚均呼吁减产，油价重挫给这些国家的经济带来了严重危害。此前，委内瑞拉能源部长Eulogio Del Pino到访俄罗斯、沙特等国，希望寻求减产上的支持。

去年12月OPEC召开的半年度会议上，OPEC未给出具体的产量目标，当前OPEC原油日产量为3150万桶，超过此前设定的产量目标3000万桶/日。OPEC还称，重新加入OPEC的印尼并未包含在产量目标之内。

12月OPEC会议后，油价断崖式下跌。1月，受中国经济增速不佳前景影响，布油美油双双跌破30美元历史性关口，油价最低达到27美元/桶。

　（吉隆坡2日訊）中國經濟疲軟成為全球揮之不去的陰影，國際油價再度波動，加上市場重新聚焦一馬發展公司（1MDB）醜聞，馬幣匯率好景不常在，今日再受內外夾攻，無還擊之力，兌美元一度跌1.39%走軟至4.2178。



　不利因素纏繞，國家銀行網站顯示，令吉兌美元今早開市已呈疲軟走勢，比上週五（29日）閉市4.16令吉，再貶值至4.1930水平；據彭博社數據，早盤更一度陷4.2178，在一眾新興貨幣中貶勢最重。

　截至中午12時，令吉兌美元跌1.15%至4.2080，為今年1月初以來最大貶幅；令吉兌新元則掛2.9536，兌人民幣掛0.6397。

市場需求乏善可陳

　不過，令吉今年1月仍升值3.3%，相對之下人民幣卻大貶，外媒報導揣測，中國央行將強行介入，才會再引起匯市混亂。

　另一交易員則指出，市場對令吉的需求乏善可陳，為今日馬幣疲軟開市主因。

　“彭博社”報導指出，由于市場仍擔心中國疲軟將拖累全球經濟，油價隨之下滑，已導致股匯市場波動，不過一馬發展公司再有新醜聞，才是令吉走勢“硬”不起的原因。

　報導指出，原已平息下來的一馬發展公司醜聞，在日前瑞士總檢察長宣布調查一馬發展公司資金后重新掀起輿論，新加坡亦查封該公司多個戶頭，並以洗黑錢之名展開調查。

　瑞穗銀行（Mizuho Bank）駐新加坡經濟分析師維斯努指出，醜聞風波重燃，令吉下行壓力亦重現。
