Dear spaghetti,
Your FA is totally wrong, I suggest you should read other furniture stock accounts to understand more. All logic is totally wrong.
USD is strong, hence all furniture stocks are doing well. Good result for Latitud, Hevea, Pohuat and Liihen. In term of ranking, Liihen is rank 2 after Latitud.
FYI, Liihen is still undervalued. It is still cheaper than other furniture stocks.
Sorry to point out your mistake, I hope you can learn it well.

Using latest qtr results, Liihen forward PE is 7.83
Using latest qtr results, PoHuat forward PE is 10.01
(note: excluding the dilution effects of PoHuat-WB).

As such the coming expected results of PoHuat has to be about 27% higher than latest preceding quarter results to justify the current relative market pricing.
That’s like its results has to be: 10628 X 1.27
Including the warrants dilution, that’s like: 10628 x 1.57

The Malaysian Timber Industry Board has cancelled a RM22.5 million term loan to Lii Hen Industries Bhd's unit, PPL Plantation Sdn Bhd, after Johor Islamic Corporation disagreed to a deed of assignment to be signed prior to the execution of the facility agreement.

In a filing with the stock exchange, Lii Hen said, with this, a corporate guarantee it was supposed to provide in return for the loan is also cancelled.

Lii Hen stressed that the cancellation of the loan will not have any significant effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share, share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the company for the current financial year.

It also said the plantation infrastructure development expenditure of PPL Plantation is through internally generated funds of Lii Hen.

The loan was to finance Lii Hen's rubber tree planting for a 2,500ha plantation of hevea brasiliensis (latex timber clone).
