This is a good company with flawless financials, an awesome track record of increasing sales & profits, 7.5 times PE and a 26 sens dividend payable over 5 times a year. Don't ignore the fact that the RM remains weak. The macros remain strong. IMO all these are not priced in yet. So what if the price is dropping courtesy of KYY. I will buy more (even though I already have plenty).
Many reasons for stockholders to buy and sell. Logical thinking, the exit of major shareholder should not be one of it for us to sell if the fundamental remain intact; unless proven is otherwise.
now KYY still have approx 14mil shares and he slowly dispose them. Assuming that he sells approx 500k share per day, it will take him another 28 days to completely dispose them all.
@mark lee.. he probably dont care since his average price is veryy very low.. still make handsome profit. its just a matter does he really need more bullet to sustain jaks lrice? if yes then he will sell
This is truly an eye opener. Never thought that major shareholder could come into play even taking fundamental into consideration. Hard neck also have to become soft.
Every time stock closing, price are being sayang back ; just to be cherry picked again the following day. Can any assume a fair price to go in again in this stake?
KYY still got 14,832,700 shareholdings on hand, if he keep disposing until become nil, I think share price will below 3.00. Ready bullet for second round. :)
I don't think Mr.K selling this round to fund Jxks. He know the mgmt and has better info than ordinary retail investor I suspect nx qtr may look bad that trigger him to continue to sell.
Jxks catches a lot of water fish to support at 1.60 which Mr.K don't need to pump it anymore. but he continue to sell Liihen. I don't see him sell his other counters that he owned as aggressive as this.
If KYY is not aiming to collect dividend, selling Liihen to buy Jaks is normal. High risk high gain. He knows what he is doing as he is "old bird" though I don't like him writing to push the price up then starting dumping. He probably won't have so much money to do charity if he didn't do these "immoral" things.
US should have bomb NK if they really want war, just like how they treat Syria.
I believe US just want to observe how much influence from China to NK, and see how china react this, China was quiet all the time for NK, and showing "Let them guess" manner, is really hard for US to do prediction.. again China acting smart, before discussed the "Peaceful resolution" with US, leaked out rumor on defend only in last border, kicking ball back to US by invite them for war, let them face the consequences of making war with a cruel villain, we are talking about nuclear here, one hit in US and one hit in NK is huge different, NK has nothing to lose..
We got news from Trump now saying "Having good call with President of China", everyone seem to be winner now !!
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
