par value for Liihen is 1.00. so 3% of dividend is 3 sen per share.

3% is based on the par value (RM1.00) before share split. Therefore, each share is entitled 3sen.

It can be found inside the quarter report or the annual report.
Anyway, find this in the quarter report page 2 the last line -->
"Note: The above dividends paid are based on paid up capital of 60,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each".

Stated in the quarterly report dividend payout 5.4 m , issued shares is 180m , 5.4/180 is 3 sen per share , should just report in sen per share , 3% on 50 sen par value is an error and should be corrected ...

kahfai211, anytime is a good time to get in but you must have your cut loss and target profit levels as well as money management in place.

29. Dividend

The third single tier dividend of 3% on enlarged share capital of 179,999,988 shares of RM0.50 each totalling RM5.40 million in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2015 is declared for the period ended 30 September 2015, payable on 10 December 2015 to depositors registered in the Records of Depositors at close of business on 28 December 2015.
