Just my thoughts.. PO is future. So for no payment guarantees & tied agreement with the said sand AP holder & state approval. Who control the state sand/ land... sultan. What is going on now is that current Ages price looks attractive for to convert the PAs. The company will receive huge sum of monies. Some are not so sure and a lot assumptions in the talks. I hope the deal is genuine. What happens if is not... has anyone have infos about GKI

Who is behind GKI to give such big amount of PO? If anyone know the company well, you can invest in 7145. Otherwise u better go to invest other counters that u feel comfortable with the fundamental value u like. Guys how ironic.... when Ageson sand deal started, many fake investors come out and say Ageson did not have the permit to run sand business, after few days when bursa announcement come out, that AP problem solve.....then next fake news spread by fake investors again,its about DBT, fortunately ms Jayne Tan come out and kick his arse hard and as we expected they keep silent with taking any responsibility. And continue....some fake investors say Ageson sand business waiting to cancel, Mr Larrie Chew comes out to make a betting if Ageson sand business is not waiting for cancel he wins rm1,500,000 sadly that fake investors comes out with a lame excuse and burn to the ground. Now with the newest good samaritan(fake investors of course)comes out wanted to know about GKI, haha here comes the pain kids.....

that one actually is ultimate load test on the completed piling work. test the integrity of the designed bearing capacity. the big big cube is the weight to be loaded on the completed piling work. to test if the pile can withstand those loading b4 build the real structure on top.

But from what i see most of it stacked on the empty ground only, where got stack on the pilling, or may be the ground need load test as well ? most the time it locate at road side or before the ground start work i though it was use to compact the ground before they start work
