If based on forward eps 40 x pe 10 ( conservative pe ) , the fair value in 2022 at least rm 4 , today closing 2.44 consider undervalue...

Net profit margin is still very high at 40+% compared to early 2020 and before when it was below 20%. So obviously current price defies logic. Purely sentiment driven.
