i dont think Shah is too smart for corporate maneuvers like Abu, but he has the confidence to know that he will be alright coming from the back of litigation unscathed. He should be only concentrating on solidify his position within the BOD by being the single largest individual shareholder for now! can see he is moving some of his shares already since 5/11/12. IJM should be his backer soon enough!
