@Bojed I might be wrong but maybe some people have come to realize that the warrant's price doesn't make sense anymore.
Methinks, it’s just a simple case of the son running ahead of the mother. If the mother ever passes RM1.00 by April next year, those who bought Wb will be seriously in the money! No, I think the son will definitely get back to tracking the mother and they’d go back to running in lockstep.
me bought low.... me average up to 0.207... me took sardin insight into consideration previously...and me see he makes sense... me paper profit >100% aldy... so me happy moose...
Sardin81. When knm-wb is trading at this price n bgt by well-informed buyers, tussle for control is suspected. How far the mother share spike, no body knows
3pm buyer: sooner or later have to make substantial shareholder announcement for the amount they have been buying. this will be required once they buy 5% of knm.
knm-wb: many angles. fact is, warrants are priced based on intrinsic value (difference between warrant strike price to mother share), and time value.
Intrinsic value is zero. Strike RM 1, mother share 41sen. Time value: 59sen + warrant price now.
Hence the worry, if the buying all this while is to generate and push warrant to have some value so that majority shareholder can sell. *so far: no announcement by major holders on warrant disposal so thats good.
recall for the warrant is less than one year to expiry, so caveat emptor guys.
then, as speculated, theres an anaconda wanting to wallop knm and believes value is above RM 1. So can buy both mother share and warrant at the same time; to exercise at RM 1 to convert to shares wWHEN mother share is above RM 1.
aggree... nobody individual sharks would dare gambling huge money for the price have done reaching the ceiling alert line... accept for huge fund giant killer whale to burst the ceiling up...
@rr88 Your lucky day. They hv not finished unloading. You hv one more day to escape
@Sardin81 has been right for soooo long and you @rr88, have been wrong for soooo long, you’re beginning to look like the man going down the wrong way on the airport travelator...Podah!
Already overbought.Weekly and monthly overbought.Up already 400 over percent since below 10 cent.I would not be surprise it will fall to below 30 cent. Then consider it.
but look something weird.. tomorrow is fridays.. as a swing player..
paktua command all red stock troopers beware.. 1st platoon just arrived.. they will stand at reverse 1.31 position attacking point.. 2nd platoon stick on previous position.. hold until first tp 0.58..
Sardin. Beside borsig, another jewel in the crown for knm is Peterborough wte project. 2 phases awarded to China co on defer payment. China COs are known for their financial muscle n fast racking job like forest city in jb. Recurring income can realise earlier n hence many parties see potential in knm
for temporary time yes beware terminator 2 + friday..then only monday then public holiday again...(if fear thing about FA here)....bullet standby...fire in the holes when you find the moles, where is necessary...echewah...
Peterborough with IRR 8 years means the CASH COW will contribute another RM234 million when running full, it's just like 200% of Borsig profit which is currently earn at RM120 million

Welcome back Sardin81....good to read constructive posts in this investor forum. Personally, not sure what is going with the unusual share price, the 3 pm thing and all others. We understand about the potential intrinsic value and ongoing projects. But other than that, quite a mystery...

If BORSIG being Under-utilized and in order to achieve the maximum value, maybe new investors being identified to do the deal related to the listing in Spore, they could be buying plentifully, firm up the percentage in shareholdings since sometimes ago..when sellers are getting lesser and shares are cornered..hope will not turn into a hostile takeover case..
