Everyone also can know. Why tell others when you want to keep on accumulating and be the substantial shareholder. You can buy until 4% but under each of your proxies. Buy slowly and quietly lah. When the sellers are getting lesser and when the shares offered for sale have became scarce..you made the most lah. Then, Easy to push the price upward.
