The directors disposals are all under "Direct Business Transaction" not open market transaction. Most likely margin call where banks are the buyers in this instance.

This Coronavirus is going to harm a lot of companies, especially weak non-performing companies like this one. determine your own liquidation value and then divide it in half. the professionals (lawyers and accountants) will take half doing the paperwork and it will take a long time. buy if it is below that price. otherwise, the General leads the way! get out while you can just as he did.

I read in details for the insider transactions, it was not entirely dispose only :

Mar 11th => disposed 15 mil shares & acquired 15 mil shares.

Mar 12th => disposed 17 mil shares & acquired 17 mil shares.

It looks more like doing intraday trading (in short, director may already became a contra kaki).

Hello ppl, u may start but in now. The down trend is at bottom. I foresee will start turning now. All country had implement lock down , which means the virus will be contain from wide spread from now on. Meaning investor confident will be back and share price will back to normal range. Currently most share are over sold.

Can start buy. I believe the confidence is coming back. Once the virus being contain then price will up back to reasonable range very fast. See Korea, after implement lock down, new cases drop dramatically.
