the logic is very easy.
now 1.20, WA 0.405.
if you expect mother 1.30 (8.33%), direct calculate WA is 0.45. (11%)
if you expect mother 1.40 (16.67%), direct calculate WA is 0.55. (35.80%)
if you expect mother 1.50 (25%) , direct calculate WA is 0.65. (60.49%)
if you expect mother 1.60 (33%) , direct calculate WA is 0.75. (85.19%)
if you expect mother 1.70 (41.67%) , direct calculate WA is 0.75. (109.88%)

is it make a lot more sense to buy WA since you know this super good company going towards RM1.50 min in mother!
not withstanding RM2 is possible next 2 years

RM1.50, 50% from RM1 after split.
it is possible, many experts sudah said 1.43 due to rerating of sector they are expanding, which I agree. after expansion cashflows improve, more money, more div, so naturally PE can give higher lah.....

就柔佛珍情况而言，净利涨幅落后营业额其实可以理解，毕竟该公司自2013年起开始积极投资新业务，短期赚幅难免受侵蚀，何况待投资有成，盈利涨幅就可后来居上。

由于乳制品需求强劲，柔佛珍收购ADSB不出3年，即宣布启动一项重大增产计划，将增建新厂和货仓，并在2014年颁出价值1538万令吉的建筑合约给承包商。

我是以平均价RM0.90买进，买入原因是：JOHOTIN有两种业务：Tin manufacturing及 Food&Beverage, 目前Food &Beverage已成为主要业务, 以现在业务来看, 它应该是要分配在消费品股里,以食品公司角度来评价它,会赋予更高的估值,预测今年每股盈利可达11分,目前上市食品公司平均本益比估值为17,9倍,用保守13倍本益本来算=合理价RM1.43,相信新厂建成后催化潜能,明年的业绩会更好,所以认为可以在RM0.905左右买进。以下是星洲日报于3/10/16对JOHOTIN的分析,可作参考。

tkp2 with new factory start operating, potential market revalue Johotin according to food industry of PE15-17, RM1.5 is very possible in next 2-3 quarters, my hope is before Nov next year, mother share can hit 1.5, the warrant will be 0.65-0.7, i bet on the warrant
