This stock if the profit is good, can hold permanently. Unlike exporters, it is not so sensitive to currency fluctuation. And also not susceptible to economic downturn. This kind of stock not easy to find. Don't simply let go. Hold it until u r 70 years old.
Hi Pingdan, I treat you a meal if you can help me ask following questions. Hahaha. If it is too much, sorry, and you may just pick the questions you interested. TQVM! Wish you win a lot in YSP!
Questions to Management:
1. What is current utilization rate of YSP factory? Bangi plant and Vietnam plant respectively?
2. When is target date for Indonesia plant to commence operation? When will production from Indonesia plant start contributing to topline?
3. Any other expansion plan besides Indonesia plant?
4. What is management's target revenue for 2015? Next few years?
5. In Annual Report 2014, it is mentioned that the company won contract from Singapore government last year. How much is the contract worth and the duration of the contract?
6. Top 30 shareholders hold > 80% of the shares, and shares are thinly traded in the past (not until recently). Would you consider bonus issue / share split to improve trading liquidity?
7. Do you have dividend policy?
8. What is prospect of the company going forward?
Not sure if below questions are appropriate:
9. Why YSPSAH distribution expenses are about 3 times higher than CCMDBIO, since both companies record similar level of revenue?
Base on the historical data, YSP's top and bottom line have grown relatively stable over the past few years. PBT was rather stagnant from year 2011 to 2013. Things change when it started entering 4Qtr 2014. PBT jumped more than 70% for the last two quarters.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
