i prefer to view things in a broader way and gv them some time, everyday rush rush to gv answers no use (all empty promises)

all the only thing i can tell is the after effect of raising fund, the pros and cons, they going to put the money into business and their venturing on hydroponics which most likely reflect on 2H 2022, so gv them some patient since they are starting a new business which different from buying one

Who are you performing for?

Yes, Nasdaq deal has been quiet but bear in mind that even small market like Malaysia, an ACE market company takes a year from due diligence to actual listing, let alone a foreign market.

Assuming if they made it to Nasdaq, isn't this is a plus for them since the share price already so depressed, and obviously not factoring in potential Nasdaq re-rating catalyst?

Just my two cents.

If you are referring to the company, may I ask you this question then. Do you prefer a company who come out and hu-ha around the market, or you want someone who focuses on doing their job and delivering results? I'm sure many counters have operator in it but unfortunately not for ARB.

Exactly, hence why the share price did not reflect the prospects of re-rating for ARB. The current price makes sense, if by any miracle if they make it into Nasdaq, then good for investors.

But most likely this will not materialize, at least not in 2022.

Presidentjib, and others, even u all know it takes time to enter Nasdaq. Why announce it too early. Everything is to be determined. Even the structure is to be determined. Does ARBB fulfills any of these? Hopefully the SC have checked this. Requirement for ARBB listing:

Standard No. 1: Earnings
The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million, in the previous two years at least $2.2 million, and no single year in the prior three years can have a net loss.8

Standard No. 2: Capitalization With Cash Flow
The company must have a minimum aggregate cash flow of at least $27.5 million for the past three fiscal years, with no negative cash flow in any of those three years. Also, its average market capitalization over the prior 12 months must be at least $550 million, and revenues in the previous fiscal year must be $110 million, minimum.8

Standard No. 3: Capitalization With Revenue
Companies can be removed from the cash flow requirement of the second standard if their average market capitalization over the past 12 months is at least $850 million and revenues over the prior fiscal year are at least $90 million.8

Companies can eliminate the cash flow and revenue requirements and decrease their market capitalization requirements to $160 million if their total assets total at least $80 million and their stockholders' equity is at least $55 million.8

As for revenue etc, can list immediately? Or have to be consistent for about 2-3 years? The point is, none is met yet! Why not achieve for one year first ?
