Connie ,these infos are all i have at the moment..
Next formal tender for THHeavy with Petronas by latest March 2014, EPCIC Contract will be awarded by 2015!

Upstream report,Petronas T& I package C,D & E - Mc Dermott reported to have bowed out from the race!

So dont think THHeavy will go up so soon..next year maybe? unless someone have other infos minus STARBIZ ofcoz.

RHB & OSK under the same banner now..THHeavy was under RHB radar for trading stock list for July & August (TP was 0.90 & 0.95), but already removed for Sept & Oct..seems that RHB research had predicted that THHeavy will lose the bid in advance!
