pirate99 - I'm keeping an eye on Alam too. And Scomi Group. The worst could be over for them. At their current price, I feel the downside risk is low. But, as always, the key is in timing; and this one is the toughest of all.

seems like a lot of buying in big lots but the price wall set by one or two investors are causing panic selling. if there's anything, today should be the day they announce upliftment from pn17. anyone?

i'm not sure about you but i'm pretty positive on this. the management felt strongly about the uplifiting of PN17 and today announcement confirmed it. good news soon from bursa?

03pm? :) what's your thought on this? uplifting of pn17 will open the floodgates to former investors who are restricted to invest because of the pn17 status. EPF, LTH etc definitely sounds appealing to me.

TH HEAVY had on 31 July 2012 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an early upliftment from being classified as a PN 17 Company under the Listing Requirments. TH HEAVY's application is subject to Bursa Securities' approval. An announcement will be made once TH HEAVY receives a decision from Bursa Securities.

This announcement is dated 1 August 2012.

maximum 2 weeks edlim. the board are more anxious than us on this so no worries. support at 0.445 so those on contra earlier this week will have to let go. hold on to this we're just waiting for the announcement. it's all depend on how fast bursa can work on the docs.
