Several highway projects, & renewable energy coupled with the potential setup of data centres to present infrastructure expansion opportunities.

Such as construction on the RM6.1 billion Northern Sarawak Coastal Highway will begin in 2025 connecting Limbang, Brunei, & Miri with Lawas will have four lanes and is expected to take 5 yrs to complete & this includes the new RM600 million Lawas Airport. Other mega projects include the expansion of the new Limbang Airport.
