Time line of event happening is very close..

Sep 2021 take over.. pang and ho take over bslcorp.. want to go into EMS. Now expanding work area.

Nov 2021 dyson announced ditching ataims.

Back then 2017 denko also like this take over

The company makes the gap so that everybody can buy the warrant & convert by contribution 50 cents per share to the company's capital. Now they are pushing down wa to below 20 cents, so that everybody rushing for that, it seems like worth to convert. They won't push up wa for these purpose due to small cost to you as investor, they want you to convert-convert-convert. Wait until most wa holder convert, surely the mother will drop below RM1 (cos you want to earn from the total investment 0.19+0.5=0.69, but how long you will get mother if you convert? When the mother still sustain at RM1 or below your cost?), then only wa will move up a bit. Once they gain enough capital, it's good time to push up both, then only you may have chance to gain, must be patient!

I’m glad I learnt my lesson in 2008/2009 from this counter, PA. (Code no. 7225). Exactly the same happenings. Tot I cud gain from the cheap warrant conversion. Lose a bundle. If warrant too cheap, something is WRONG……..
