man people smart already company that do :
- private placement
- right issue
- ESOS non stop
- convert warrant assuming warrant is cheap
these are 4 methods these con-group tries to profit,
most notorious are to keep an eye on the shareholders certain person/company as shareholder better avoid
its a hit if you ride while they are pushing price up.
its a bloody death if you try to catch after they are dumping.
even after they cease to be shareholder, company = bad reputation very little chance for revival
