Who do you think subscribe to those private placements? Those directors themselves or their proxy, of course. They just want to get their share at below market prices. They themselves had subscribed to those 1st 2 rounds of PP at much higher prices.

If BSL. announced new major shareholders, then we must check whether he or the new company is associated with Fintec group of companies, if it is confirmed, better cut loss now then regret later, pls always monitoring the announcedment.. .
