Things to consider....on the bursa, CIMB TP 4.32, TA. TP3.65; on your side T+3, T+4, T+7, unless your father in law is rich or you know a couple of "alongs" to move your cheese. Keep your sense of humour.

SIGN是一家主要制造厨房家具公司。。。它从设计到出货都有更新的系列让客户开心。。。它不红但是它的外包公司非常红。。。它有外包给Mieco与Heveaboard 等等公司。。。它的厨房柜台都是市场佼佼者。。。。今年如我所算净利飙47%。。。所以股价就被推高。。。

还有更多的分析。。我得空时才分享。。。。

Strong earnings visibility.
Based on the strong correlation between historical
housing supply data and current sales of kitchen systems,
we make inferences
that current incoming supply is a good determinant of future sales of kitchen
systems.

Based on the latest housing data released by NAPIC, the incoming
supply of residential properties grew 11.9% YoY in FY12, 12.4% in FY13 and
10.8% in 1H14, this would lead to strong sales of kitchen systems.

Believe some of the impact has already been felt in Signature’s FY14 and 1HFY15
earnings when revenue surged by whooping 47.9% and 86.5% YoY respectively.
Management has guided that its current order book stood at RM160mn as at
Apr-15.

This outstanding RM160mn would be converted to revenue and
recognised in FY16 and FY17.

In the meantime, Signature’s tender book has hit
a record high level of RM400mn, which can be used to replenish its order book,
given the tender success rate of 50-60%.

Capacity to install 4,800 kitchen systems in 6 months.
Signature has 30 sale
and 60 technical staffs in project teams to handle different projects at the same
time.
To ensure swift progress, the company has an external team of 200 project
installers to install and assemble kitchen systems.
Assuming each installer takes
7 days to complete kitchen works for one residential unit, Signature has a
capacity to complete 5,200 units of kitchen systems in 6-month period, which
none of its competitors can cope with.
This is a competitive advantage to
Signature over its peers in bidding for kitchen projects.
