I was concerned when TP drops (without parachute) with no backup data. futurebroker, you didn't pluck numbers from the sky (we read the same stuff) and neither did Rosmah, but I like her RM5.....like I said this morning, I'm a dreamer, and I know I'm not the only one. Am glad to see Rosmah sharing her research........this is what buddy forum is about. SIGN......good luck to ALL!

Oh, Value Partners is huge. They usually take Cornerstone blocks for major IPOs. This is gonna bode well for SIGN.. it's starting to be institutionalised by funds.

RosmahMansur: My guess is yes, because when HSC ceased to be substantial shareholder, they were left with about 4.51% of the Co. The block trade happened a few weeks ago. And my guess is that Value Partners have been buying from open market until they crossed the 5% substantial shareholder disclosure mark. That also explains the recent share price increase.

Just searched the background of Valuepartners and Cheah Capital, they are based in HK and manages very big fund in Asia worth USD 10billion. They chose Sign as their focus of investment which obviously does not come easy without having done a detailed analysis on the stock.

I doubt Sign will kena goreng kau kau. It just reaffirms my stand that Sign is a good growth stock. No international fund will invest specifically on a Malaysian stock unless it had shown tremendous growth.

Interesting development . The new major shareholder declared they acquired the shares on May 27. 2015. On that day Sign closed @ rm2.52, with a low of 2.51 and 2.54, but I have no record of the volume traded that day. They have done fairly wel in two weeks and I hope this augers well for Sign and all its small time shareholders. Goreng, I don't think so, unless someone amongst us gets excited, very excited. More likely we will all grow organically with Sign. .........my two bits.

With new substantial shareholders still buying a LOT (see announcements on BURSA) small shareholders like US who are in for the Long haul should not sell CHEAP. Hope for Rosmah' new TP to happen.
