Yep..a very much "controlled" share, so ...1.33 is a fair and safe price to park for "bottom fishing", until 3rd Qtr results are announced.

As this company paid up is merely 40 plus millions and with solid land bank planted with palm oil.
The only problem is Directors/Management. If only Directors and Management have changed, then this counter share price will surely rise. Be prepared to keep TecGuan for another 3-5 years in order to reap good profits. This is my humble opinion.

due to higher cocoa price ... this tecguan its the small float ..while it's at bottom, but who knows when the bottom price as bursa mkt may affect them regardless any good news, but we know it's prospect its good now due to sharp rise of cocoa price.

wait for correction loor before enter.

TecGuan's directors and Management are not able to run this company profitably. When Palm oil price is high, they incurred losses, now price low is at low level, do you expect TecGuan can make money? I doubt so. Anyway, I hope my prediction is wrong, so that my paper loss might be lesser.

Letter of intent to buy 120,000 tons of palm oil is just a memorandum and not concrete sale. As such, shareholders of TecGuan should not be happy too soon. However, this is a good beginning and I strongly believe this letter of intent will be converted into actual sales.

This is the further adjustment on 1st year adoption of new Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) in the financial statement reporting.

The core PBT should be lesser than the reported 6.9m. This is due to an adjustment -4.5m on costs of sales, following the adoption of MFRS.

this is trading company...buy p.kernel, process and sell the oil extracted...

volatility of price and timing of raw mat purchase and product sales...makes all the difference
