Don't make investing so difficult.
Range 1.00 ~ 1.20 just buy.
If you feel uncomfortable near 1.50 just sell or else wait after it break 1.55 it will fly next level.

People don't realise that the lower the market cap, the higher the growth potential. This is why I betting big on the low caps. Careplus, rubberex and comfort. Careplus release amazing QR. Everyone said glove going down, but not true. CAREPLUS MORE THAN DOUBLE THE NP. So I think when the big boys saying ASP down as excuse to me sounds like bullshit. They have reached bottleneck on their production and that's why NP can't rise like double every quarter anymore.

My advice to anyone, dollar cost average in. Buy now, down? Buy more, down again ? Buy more. Glove PE is too low already. Glove PE should be at 20-30 according to pre pendemic. I really think traditional investment bankers cannot understand that amounts of money these glove stocks are bringing in. Glove and medical is the new Largest sector for Malaysia. Glove making more money than oil and gas stocks and also banking. Not many can accept the fact.

Hopefully gomen will not impose windfall tax. And I really think they won't. Because glove is what's saving our GDP. Once they tax, glove makers not happy, we also lose compatitive edge slowly due to pricing, we will straight drop back to low level third world country.

Over heard from my friend, one of the "guru" been actively ask his follower to dump glove share to join him for steel counter.

Sorry to say,if you are telling me you had collected since feb, I will say you are at the safe side. But now most of the counter already at peak price. Dont believe just show you some following info,

Current price

Based on my calculations, if production rate at 208m per month. Renevue easily RM50m per month and asp at USD60. More higher then revenue will be higher..

i think maybe ASP is around 70++. Margin maybe 40-45 percent and util around .9. i think only. then maybe np become ard 70 conservatively. eps might stagnate or up a bit only because all treasury share dumped already to the market. my opinion only wor. robertzz have better insight
