@robertzz....what do you think rubberex Vs careplus? From the report i have read ( hope i am not reading wrong), rubberex is smaller cap than careplus but in term of revenue both are about the same. What is your analysis ? Hope you don't mind to share when you are free and take a look. Thanks in advance. And love to hear from others opinion and discussion too

For me, Careplus most advantage is it has Ansell backup. With such a reputable international PPE company behind Careplus, Careplus no need to worry about its sales, no matter how many it produce, sure Ansell can fully absorbed it.

For Ruberrex, it main benefit is its production capacity has increased by 150%. If nothing go wrong, this 150% increase of capacity will turn into huge leap in PAT. Beside that, Dato Eddie is a person that very good in capital market, I believe he will do something to maximise the market cap of the company.

@joker2020 careplus go up more than rubber ex because their PE very low because of their Q1 already out. Same will happen to rubberex, we will fly soon don't worry. I am thinking rubberex got potentially to 2-3x their NP from last quarter

Careplus only produce for disposable type of glove. While Rubberex produce 3 main categories of glove, Industrial, Household and disposable. Since the pandemic, demand for the nitrile glove is surging therefore board had decided to increase the capacity from 1B to 2.5B.

Personally, will more prefer Rubberex as their product able to cover wider range of market. after this pandemic, everyone will have more awareness about hygiene. Therefore, more wide range of product will have more advantages. Just my 20 cents survey.

Rubberex has lots of growth potential. Tp 4-6 is not unreasonable. Considering that the market cap is only 1B. Kossan is like 11b, supermax 13b

In the near term, if klse melt down, money will flow to glove to pump up, rubber ex near term can 2-3x already. Mid to long term is 6-10x

As for the future of gloves, do I think we will see top glove market cap pass Maybank, to the the largest cap? I would say definitely.
I think if top glove manage well, it's going to be a new big boy in town with many subsidiaries in high profit margin busineses.

Is glove near bubble territory yet? Definitely not, I don't think glov supply has even increased double since before pendemic. I think we will see the bubble only when the glove supply output is inflated to 10x or more.

Also many factors to determine like market demand. If pendemic get like very bad with the new variants and daily life need to have gloves, 10x in supply can be absorbed by the market no problem.

Last nov d price was 295. Bcos of speculators, sharks, bad news n mny other factors which made Rrex n d other top 4 like Ufos flying north n south but d strength r there. I got nothing writing here but just purely for the sake of all people in this forum. Just judge how much u all can afford to invest in these profit making glv counters for long term gain.
