Brusa... Agreed. Comfort is the best 2nd tier gloves now. Great earnings, good management, gives dividend and free warrant. WTF man...want to issue more shares to expand. Moving all to Comfort.

To be honest. PP is a double edge sword. Can be good can be bad. If the PP is bought by good fund, e.g. EPF, Kumpulan Wang. Then I will support.

I seen recently Careplus now Rubberex both 10% PP. It could be a coincidence. Either that or its really a EPF wanting to get into lower cap glove stock. Because recently EPF on a buying frenzy, buying topglove and kossan like there is no tomorrow.

That is my speculation. What is not speculation is Comfort gloves having the Lowest PE, giving dividend and free warrents. Their cash balance also increase alot, so has their net assets

As I see it, it is no more a tug of war between the mkt operator and the smaller investors if the share price drops below RM1. Major shareholder Ong Choo Meng has more reason to act to support his share price if he still wants to instil confidence for the private placement shares and have a good offer price.

U guys should read the QR for comfort. It's really some smart hard working people behind. They also talk about how their production line is special and can easily change type of glove when need to produce based on demand.

A good party acquiring the shares would offset the dilution effect. If it's not then it's going to be devalue of a stock.

10% dilution for a company that have fundamental. Not sure why people tend to fear monger on small issues. Should be more worried when company do PP for cash flow issue like Air Asia with 20% dilution. Even then, AA share price went up after PP.

I think the finale for the down trend is upon us. The insiders knows of the PP and sold down aggressively until the news is out. Now they are buying back at lower prices. This counter is controlled by insiders that's why it's not so easy

Regardless of fundamental, almost all counters that do PP will shoot up upon completion of PP. Time to accumulate when price is low.
