i think its the nature of forgotten ones which is having good results ahead. similar to pesona, many people kena before, but the turnaround is probably quite successful, n insiders was collecting n now is their time to offload a bit...

If u study the financial background of the company,it look ok.The price surged was mainly due to heavy promotion by brokers riding on the Iskandar Theme project with a TP of RM 1.(undervalued landbank,potential new projects etc).News remain unconfirmed and no announcement from the company of any new development.Price may drop further to its original level of 45-55 sen.

I brought this stock at 0.26 because the NTA is good, PE is low and just timing to get them turn around. Last few quarter performance show the turn around plan did show some early success indicator . If q2 performance can stay around 6 to 8 million profit then i am confidence this stock will exceed rm 1 by this year
