Focall Aim was 25 cents in 2010. Few people wanted to buy any house these at that time. Low cost house price crashed below RM20k. Single Storey house 22x75 3 rm 2 bth lelong for RM48K. And you can buy 2 Storey 22x75 houses for as low as RM60K. Bungalow lands in Belimbing area lelong for 4 Ringgit a sq ft. While Nusajaya Boomed Taman Kota Masai continued in the doldrum.
Not any more now! Prices of Kota Masai Lands & Houses Are Now Getting Very Hot At JB High Court Auctions!

RM 2.0 should be no problem, depend your holding power. Since almost major shareholders has sold their shares, now market only left our minor shareholder's shares, so now these Focal shares will be very less in market, and make the focal share price become precious and valueble.

where got PE 20 ? if you according to latest EPS around 4 sen, full year should be 16 sen, RM2/16sen = 12 only.
