if TS intend to inject private assets of ECo World Sdn Bhd into this counter, surely he wont inject when shr price too high. TS Bought Setia shrs at all time high and only way is to be aggressive and grow Setia Big, but endured low Setia prices for long time. Inject at high shr price will have to rpt same agony again

no lah he was blind sided by his x boss in Setia paying high prices for controlling stake, lucky got banker fren otherwise busted, got no way back so only way is to expand Setia aggressively. Then RPGT abolished by Pak Lah so TS boom lah. Now RPGT reimposed, DIBS prohibited, and Setia n I&P and many others will undercut him b4 he gets too big again. Over supply crunch looming in Iskandar and every where so it will be survivror of the fittest

MBO popular then, not hostile, but over paid for shr price so was under water for a long time. Property dev is all about timing most important above anything else. Wrong timing wrong cycle even good team also no use. KL city land prices now 3300 psf and JB city 800 psf,, tough

just to share that I got recommended to buy this counter, focal past few weeks but didnt load. then on last Thu, matrix software listed ecowld as bullish, less risk and price low but i didnt know if changed it names. now already up more than 10%.. let me check again if still worth to buy..
