今天大盘上11点，全部都青青，就是这个平盘。这个股没有一点耐心和本钱会死到啊妈都唔认得。
有谁知道过去三个月的Sales如何？过去的三个月最少要15亿，8到10月才更有看头。ijok的地不懂处理到怎样了，那片地本钱有够便宜，12.5sqf.大大赚赚。

谢谢你的好意。mrcb没有了解过。建筑股，标合约的我不买，马来人的我不买，预测不到未来的我也不买。不过也有例外，就是跌到很够力，可能是三年新底，股价只有nta的一半，然后又很热门的。讲来讲去，就是买自己还可以睡觉的。

之前买了iwcity 和 ekovest.0.505和0.555进场，以为最低，结果ekovest当天就去到0.505。半小时看着它直接插水。烟一根一根抽，手一直一直抖。才卖不久，小赚一点，现在又sangkut在jaks 1.16.股市真的是大鳄鱼谭，本钱不够稳都死直直。我都是小买卖啦，不足挂齿

muda爆涨之前有留意过，不过那时已经下完这里了。可惜了。只好等两年后的下一个trip了。还很多票在散户手。散户不斩仓，老板不涨

Container concept may not be the best idea, but it allows business to commence earlier as oppose to traditional brick construction which time consuming. It definitely was a good start to enhance sales.

如果ecoworld 都完蛋，我也输到甘愿。这种挂牌大型的发展商，只有ecoworld在认真想办法做，help 2own都出了。如果ecoworld都卖到吃力，其它的可以等打包了。
我看到的是换了政府后，很多发展商又推新project了，存屋也很好销

Inventories 是建好了，一段时间后还卖不出的屋子。大部分卖家都是降价销售，ecoworld是找设计师，设计后卖出（坚持不降价）。派息的话应该不太可能，上个quarter 累积的retain earning 才500m,Total asset 10 bil，负债3.8bil (赚到的不到总资产5%，明年再看看吧？）
我两个counter都有买，但我还是比较看好ewint,尤其是即将出的财报会记录第一次的revenue，希望profit margin可以控制在4%以上。不然负债率太高，赚来的钱全给银行。
