Eco sky 天天在fb轰炸广告。剩下的最后一栋300 units 卖到那样喘？？？
Ecoworld 的JB和Penang的condo project 不是更加喘？
我有打电话去Jb测试他eco nest，起好了，剩下的都是等开放的马来单位。

Privatise不可能啦，都缺钱要筹钱了。老板厉害的就是附加股筹钱和利用epf的钱慢慢发展,不用很喘的顶利息。一块地皮十年大计划，如果全部要顶利息，利润都被吃完了。

我是比喻bbcc如果被政府查了的结果跟trx一样。是，kl办公楼超过了，情况跟伦敦一样。battersea在spsetia带领下，拿到Apple 。那时的spsetia.
有些人非shangrila不住。有些企业只租一流的办公楼，就像北京国贸办公楼，提供香格里拉酒店式的办公楼服务，只租不卖。
往正面看，bbcc是eco往更大更黄金地段的开始，例如大马城。

成也管理，败也管理。失败的例子太多了，成功的才珍贵。
battersea工程值比bbcc大至少五倍，搞得风风火火，而且世界一流的苹果公司都被引来了。管理能力是被世界级公司认可的。
同样的方式复制在马来西亚不是问题。把世界一级的公司在东南亚的总部通通安置在eco旗下只是时间问题。

Their sale staffs are doing hard sale now from knocking from door to door. The trapped investors are doing advertisements here can't tahan to see price drop in red. Better put money in FD rather than this counter looking at current situation.
