以前因为刘启盛的因素，所以ecoworld股价脱离实际价值，狂飙好多倍。
有赚的我先恭喜。
不过因为过度脱离价值，所以我预测会暴跌。
至今ecoworld股价腰斩。
如果不是它EPS大进步，跌的会更多。
目前，它仍处于下跌中，还没有看见停止迹象。
投资一大法则是【不要捡落下来的刀子】。
股价下跌虽然给人看起来很便宜，但下跌时，我们不知道它什么时候会见底。
这时候捡，很容易被刀子刺穿手掌。
所以最好的方法，应该是等股价触底，开始回升后，才进场买。
不过，前提必须是这是一家好公司，而且确定未来发展可期。
ecoworld虽然是不错的房产公司，但问题是大马房产前景，未来几年不会好，整个行业触底迹象好没有出现。
所以，建议还是不要买ecoworld，至少现在还不是时候。

Slow/no growth ahead, no dividend, P/E highest among all big cap property developer, price still inflated of course will drop like hell. Still need to tell mei. That's why the director also no bother to answer stupid question.
