no doubt the bank is more stricter in approving loan nowadays. most loan rejected are thos earning around RM4000 to RM6000 a month. ecoworld property is out of their reach. most of ecoworld property is about RM800k and above. means to say, ecoworld target group is those earning RM10k and above.

Gd pm! Nobody is expert in d stock market! D language of business is to read n interpret financial statements, to learn accounting, if not u really shouldn't select stock yourself. A good stock can keep for long term investment. But, this stock is full of lies. LKS said he will sit out and giv his son and let him learn from tat dato chang. Bt at last how? He still come out show his ass face and operate the company. When interviewed by outsiders, how he treat his staffs, he said giv them good benefits and work life balance. In reality, force their staffs work no day no night, Sunday Saturday have to work, perform in their company events, fxxx their staffs no end no stop.

Father mother died, force staffs go attend like afraid no ppl will attend. A few ppl I known divorce cos they just jeopardize the staffs life. Some of them even accident due to inadequate rest. Landbank nice? BBCC at the haunted previous jail area. Eco botanic at Iskandar is beside the high tension cable area. Aussie and UK as I mentioned above. U think msia so many ppl income above 10k? a company full of debt at the tough period. …Revenue and earning good every quarter? A lot of fake account done u guno.. Use your BRAIN think izit a good stock to invest. Outside a lot of better stock

ECOWLD Total Debt is more than 1 Billion. It's like an IPO, not much financial data. D future looks promising n d management team is strong. U need to have guts feeling to buy this one. Be careful n watch it like a hawk. Very few stock can become d next Microsoft or Apple! If it happens, well d reward is fantastic.
