针对一手苦心经营成功的实达集团被“恶意收购”,丹斯里刘启盛今日开腔评论此事,声称没人可带走曾与他打拼天下的团队。

他说,在2012年,实达集团被“恶意收购”,然后他在短短3年内创办绿盛世集团,并达到今天的成就。

“你可以拿走我的资产,但就是带不走我的工作人员、我的团队。”

绿盛世集团主席刘启盛今日出席安联银行中小企业革新挑战比赛宣布20人入围名单大会时,与入围者这么指出。出席此大会的嘉宾包括安联银行执行副总裁兼交易及中小企业金融组主任许永瑞。


团队是成功关键

刘启盛呼吁企业家重视栽培团队里的人才,因现在创业不如以前,并非有金钱就能取代人才。

“以前的年代,身为老板的你只要有钱,就能裁掉你的员工再聘请新的一位来取代,但现在却不同了。

“你的企业是否成功,与你的团队有莫大关系,因此你们要专注在培训及留住这些团队。”

刘启盛表示重视年轻人才,他们能提供很多创新点子,有助于企业发展。


努力改善生意

刘启盛也鼓励没有成功入围20强决赛的企业家勿放弃,并继续努力改善其生意。

他也提醒出席者,要成为卓越的企业家并不容易,并形容一名企业家每天都会面对新的问题及新挑战。

与此同时,他呼吁企业家,在成功后,不要忘了回馈社会。

安联银行中小企业革新挑战比赛迈入第二阶段,今日宣布20强名单。

Spsetia is top 5 property company in Malaysia.
But sp no more LKS already...maybe in future will going down".
sp only remain a empty shell...no more spirit

Now the key figure is LKS and their management terms. ^^
So Ecoworld will better than spsetia. Also can overtake sp...
maybe you can don't trust the Ecoworld but u must be trust the LKS whole terms!

We are initiating coverage on ECOWLD with a OUTPERFORM recommendation and TP of RM2.05. Our TP only offers a 16% total return albeit applying a property RNAV discount of 35% (peer average: 50%). The lower-than-sector average discount is for their:






(i) solid management team who are pioneers in property development,




(ii) huge appetite for landbanking which will provide strong newsflow,





(iii) ability to gain market share due to right product positioning as a township player and their experience with aggressive











Resilience is seen in their on-going projects as take-up rates for recent launches have been strong at 80%-100% vs. industry average of 50%-60% within the first 3 months of launch.


This will result in strong earnings growth of 420%-344% in FY15E-FY16E








. Although normalization of PERs may take up to FY17 as property contributions are still at an early stage while net gearing is expected to remain relatively high at 0.57x-0.65x over FY15-16E,



we still like the stock as a longer-term value emerging stock given their aggressive growth path and the management team

绿盛世(ECOWLD,8206,主板产业股)参与联手发展的武吉免登商业中心(BBCC)项目,股东协议内的先决条件均已符合,目前已转换成无条件协议。




城市发展局控股(UDA)、绿盛世和雇员公积金局(EPF)今年2月就该项目,签署了股东协议。
城市发展局控股和绿盛世各持有40%股权,雇员公积金局则持股20%,三方组成特别用途公司共同发展此项目。
同样的,武吉免登商业中心和城市发展局控股签署的联合发展协议(JDA),以将19.4英亩的土地,发展成住宅及商业房产的综合项目,也转换为无条件。
发展总值80亿







在签署股东协议中提及的先决条件,包括雇员公积金局满意精密审核的结果,以及相关股东认同协议的条款。
这项发展总值达80亿令吉的计划,为半山芭监狱的再发展计划,备有住宅及商业房产的综合项目,包括购物商场、娱乐场所、办公楼、酒店及服务式公寓。
该股严重被低估,合理价 2.20

Ecowld market is very resilient against growth risks. They hv a strong teams hired to make sure what they promised delivered due to the drastic budget had been make earlier. If im not wrong they hv announced in the previous piece of articles

(吉隆坡5日讯)继雪兰莪州政府表示愿以对话方式解决11亿8000万令吉的土地交易纠纷后,绿盛世发展有限公司(ECOWLD,8206,产业组)今日早盘扬升3%。

截至早上10时53分,绿盛世扬升3仙或2.22%至1.38令吉,成交量为159万股。

不过,今日闭市时,该股涨幅略微收窄,起2仙或1.48%,报1.37令吉,共有293万3300股转手。

根据《The Edge》财经日报报道,雪州大臣机构(MBI)总执行长拉惹沙琳指出,雪州政府同意透过对话方式,就瓜拉雪兰莪依约(Ijok)价值11亿8000万令吉的土地买卖交易,寻求温和的解决办法。


该雪州投资臂膀表示,若所有涉方包括绿盛世、雪州大臣机构以及卖家可以坐下来对谈,所有的问题将迎刃而解。

to all of you please purchase EW share right now, I appeal...please don't manipulated price (buy below 1.34 & sell 1.38)..because of it will cause the stock will fall and will not rise unless management put a lot of capital.the q is where to get a lot of capital when there is no profit to be gained and only showed the outflow of funds only.

Bad news is selangor govt ask ah Lau pay more to solve land issue,but got no extra cash lo...only way again borrow wz high interest lo...but next week how to answer to share holder?bb land need more cash to develop n mor mor cash need to borrow Liao...the end PE become 500!!!so scary!!got land but no cash to develop...market less buyer!!TP 1.0 can buy!!good luck everyone!
