I think at present the target price shld b below RM1.00 unless SALCON was awarded the langat2 project or when Tan Sri LKS has emerged as a substantial holder, it will shoot like a rocket.

From technical view, most likely to spike up. Usually when most retailers sold, then the shares price will start to run. As long most didn't sell, it won't run.

Positive breakthrough in Langat 2 water treatment plant issue - Mahdzhir
A breakthrough has been achieved between the Federal Government and the Selangor Government over the Langat 2 water treatment plant. Deputy Energy. Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Mahadzir Khalid said both parties had agreed to put aside their political differences and work towards resolving the anticipated water supply crisis to hit Klang Valley by 2017. "If this project takes off soon, the water issue plaguing the Klang Valley will soon be solved." he said.

"We are glad that the Selangor government understands that political differences should be put aside to ensure the best results for the people." he said. He said negotiations were not limited to the Langat 2 project, but involved a holistic approach on related water issues. (BT)

Another point to take note is that their CFO just filed in that he wish to transact his 500 lots of ESOS, when the key staff is selling, that means the share price has reached it's peak and no much upside

Hesitate to enter at this level and sceptical that Tan Sri Liew will take over Salcon, because his son already operating a company in johor and if he takes over, what will happen to the few hundreds existing Salcon staffs who doesn't has property development experience

If he is still sane, his name won"t appear coz he haven't announce his retirement from SP formally .However, if any proxy name close to him appear, it will excite the market also

No experience in property development? I think Eco need an immediate builder arm rather than any additional staffs for their property division ( they already got ex-SP staffs). Salcon might be able to complement on this, Salcon are turnkey contractor for water treatment plant, they have exposure on project management & contract management. Builder arm play an important roles for a property company - especially on cost control/checking.

Really surprising that market really believe what press write that the company owned by the son....:)....son still haven't grad.....but already become a director & running a company from kangaroo land....really like a Korean drama story

Ladies out there...no need work so hard la...think of a way to become his son wife/ daughter in law , if successful really jiak beh liao this life already,lol. The risk , just don't end up like what Hafiz said lor .Ok mah this suggestion?

Tedbeh, you are right, confirm related to private placement. For a private investor, would you invest in a company that shares price keep going up or keep coming down? Look at what happen to TH Heavy Engineering. If we are lucky, it will surge next week to above $0.800. But, of course... depends on the mood of stock market operator.

I guess that the private placement will be taken up by the major shareholder, the control it very well, pressing down the price to around 60+ sen before the determination of the price, and as the private placement is always set at 10% discount of the average, their cost could be just 50+ sen. They then push up the price to 70-80, or beyond and distributed to the retail market, brilliant strategy. As the results, they got their additional capital and the same time earn huge profit from this. Just my guessing..
