Can we compare this with MAA? Sold their prize assets, get back cash. But Salcon is slightly better. In the sense that they will have a big property development in JB JV with Tan Sri LKS

I really don't understand why they need the private placement since they have already in the midst of selling their water business and get back rm200mil, the private placement only get RM19mil, the only logic that I can think of is for the existing directors to accumulate more shares for their future disposal in better gain
