Instead of forecasting, we will analyse market expectation by using reverse DCF.

With the current EPS of $0.14-0.15 and market price of $5.06. Someone buying the stock at current price would expect the company to grow at a rate of 15% per annum. In another words, investors expect the company to double its revenue in about 5 years (72/15). Current revenue of $8+ bil so it will hit $16 bil. by 2022. Conservative or aggressive? You have to decide.

I think for clarification, whether I've been here for 100 years, or tiba-tiba muncul a minute ago, it has nothing to do with what I say. Just as you know you shouldn't judge a person based on skin color, age, first impression etc. But I am not surprise when someone can't make a distinction between fundamental and market expectation, they are bound to make such a damning mistake.

Hi Rick, there are a total of 37 reports from RHB analyst from Jun 2013 till 1 Nov 2017. There area lots of details fm these 37 reports, assumptions used, management aspect, commodities , productivity improvement, etc. Their initial DCF and subsequent revisions.

Perhaps after you hv visited these reports you may and may not hv the same perceptions. It is good then you come back for further inputs and share learning.
