Sales, L&G also got a lot of stategic landbanks, it is good to collect the dividends since it got given dividends oftenly. But i prefer MKland & Tanco coz eventhough right now they didn't giving dividends, but their spike up of price will be more scary compare to L&G which already given the dividends.

It's the same for property stocks like Mkland, after stay at it's lowest record of 0.16-0.17 for so long time due to the slowdown of property sector. Well every executive n Ceo has their own ways of executing plans n projects...Ceo mohanachandran has stated that Mkland has drafted a 5 year n new master plan for Damansara Perdana to be further developed...and tis include Bandar Teknopolis, Bukit Merah Laketown...If they are not ambitious, they won't have been doing so much to revamp their property projects...I have met Felina before and she is not what you said being described...She is humble and definitely not Ego at all...Anyways who cares!!!
