If we follow MK Land consistency in producing profits year after year, Yong Tai loses to MK Land . Compare with size, lists of properties and cash availability, MK Land wins them all. But why Yong Tai moves up so fast is because of the smallness in shares only. Yong Tai is not even a RM1 share like MK Land. MK Land, based on stability and capabilty, surely their shares should be around at least 50 sen a piece which is still consider as undervalued or buying at 100% discount at the price of 50 sen. Check it out yourself.
I just checked Yong Tai balance sheet is full of huge borrowing and little land in hand with no dividend record and loss making...If YT can reach 0.40, then Mkland sud reach 0.80
Nemesis. Agree with you 100%. If YT can go up, I do not know why MK Land cannot. It must twice at least better than YT as MK Land Balance Sheet, Profits, Land Banks and Cash are all solid. This is the reality, people prefer speculation stocks than solid undervalue stocks which is still available now today 4th Dec 2020. If the good upswing KLSE momentum continues till CNY, I am sure all good and undervalued stocks prices will be above RM1-00 a share which is still 20% of what happened in the year 1997 (pre-1998 time).
KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 4): Property developer Yong Tai Bhd has entered into a heads of agreement (HoA) with China-based Shenzhen Kangtai Biological Products Co Ltd (SZKT) for a proposed collaboration on the development and exclusive commercialisation of the latter's inactivated Covid-19 vaccine in Malaysia. SZKT is currently developing a Covid-19 Inactivated Vaccine (Vero Cells) against the coronavirus,according to Yong Tai in a stock exchange filing today. Under this collaboration, Yong Tai will be SZKT's partner in Malaysia to conduct Phase III clinical trials and exclusive commercialisation of the vaccine.

OK. I have propose Allan Ding idea of share splitting for MK Land Holdings Directors to the tiih.online suggestion form which must be submitted before 10am on the 6th Dec 2020. I have submitted today 5th Dec 2020 just now. I hope the BOD will decide on this. If MK Land shares split to 10 for 1, meaning the number pf shares will increase 10 times and the price will be adjusted accordingly. Once adjusted, the stock prices will go up in tandom of half a sen (i.e. 0.05 sen). So if the current price is 16 sen, automatically it will be adjusted to 2.0 sen which is equivalent to 20 sen now.
Current share outstanding is just nice cos if split into 10 from 1, there will be 12 bil shares circulating ard which wil make the company worthless and messy...Only a very profitable company can afford to split their shares due to the great price run up...if u propose Share Consolidation from 10 into 1, then it is good for Mkland as share outstanding will be reduced to 120 mil shares which make it so much easy to ramp up...
The only profitable thing to do now is sell all its remaining 200 acres Damansara Perdana landbank to bring in at least 3.5 bil cashflow to the balance sheet n declare 80 sen dividend or capital repayment back to Shareholders...or divert to Rubber Glove or Vaccine collaboration just as what Yong Tai is embarking now...management must diversify or find strategic ways to unlock values and not let its massive land bank sitting idle there for nothing
Whatever u see it from any perspective, Mkland is ripe for re-rating as its Land Held For Development is worth so much more than its current NTA of 0.99...it doesn't take a genius to see this discrepancy btw its current market value and its intrinsic value and clearly has proven tat market as a whole has ignored and undervalued this forgotten, fallen developer...the closest company to compare is Glomac... GLOMAC has just 7 bil total GDV of its entire remaining landbank while Mkland has estimated 16 bil total GDV of its total landbank...Glomac is not a net cash company while Mkland has net cash balance sheet and yet, Mkland share price lagging far far behind Glomac... Even a basic calculation wil indicate tat Mkland is deeply undervalued..
The only way to push up this undervalued gem is to hold it long term...Dun just buy and sell in the interim for fast profit...If everybody is buying and nobody or less ppl are selling, wat do you think wil happen to the share price??? So dun contra trade tis stock, buy and keep it tight and dun sell for many years to come, I quarantee you the share price wil jump to at least 0.50 in the short term and it wil be more stable and firm footing to spike UP
So all comrades here...lets come together to ramp up tis stock by not selling cheap...since the company is not doing Share Buyback, we can do it instead to bring up Mkland even without management help...stop being a weak holder of MK shares and hold it long term while enjoying its estimated 1 sen dividend annually...So next week plssss Don Sell, let all the buying forces drive up MK above 0.20...

Today I cannot attend the AGM due to the reason that I have appointed the Chairman as my proxy. Initially I thought I can attend the video conferencing AGM organised by Tricor Tiih.online but Tricor called me by phone yesterday saying that I cannot attend after I have signed my proxy form apponting the Chairman to vote on my behalf. Next year, I would not appoint the Chairman again so that I can attend. Anybody has this problem so far. ( Actually, not attending deprives us a chance to see what is happening during the AGM). I know other companies AGM, they allow the shareholders attendance even after having appointed their proxies or anybody. So funny Tricor do not allow.
I wonder anyone of you attended today's meeting. Looks like there is nothing to see in this AGM. Keep accumulating MK Land shares from now. An UNDER-VALUED GEM of 15 sen compared to the NTA (Net Worth) of 99 sen a share.

In history, the highest price per share for MK Land was RM3.60 happened in Feb 2000. Today, the price is only RM0.15 or merely 15 sen a share, and yet people just shy away from this counter. The recent concluded AGM confirmed showing us that MK Land Management and BOD received 99% backing from the shareholders. There was no sign of any power struggle or discontentment amongst the shareholders and the BOD. This shows MK Land is steady and poised for progress and easy management. Keep up the good works done. If MK Land pays twice 1 sen dividend a year like they have done before, our annual return rate is more than 13% pa.

This is ridiculous and out of logic...Just by disposing 10 acres of land in Damansara Perdana can push up its EPS incrediblely...then how much more it worths for the remaining undeveloped land MK is still holding tightly!!!
