i switch to MHC after compared both of these counter annual report...MHC owns quite number of cepat and it is cheaper and undervalue than cepat. In such bad sentimental time, sure it is safer than cepat

The profit is not in the piggy bank.
Look at the borrowings of the company.

The management use (RM7M x 6) = RM42 million to buy so called "high-end residential property" in Damansara Heights last year which is totally not related to the business as a plantation company.

I just couldn't find any reason to justify to own of such "high-end residential property" last year.

check the monthly production figure , very small, 5000 tonnes CPO per month,look like a small plantation holder, .....the big share holders are property developer, ..so you see the link, explaining why the need to buy high price property.
