Sabah plantation is the jewel now due to susbtainability issue in Indon with peak soil, easily combustible. EU intend to ban biodiesel completely due to this issue. Many target brownfield sabah plantation. market price is myr49,000/hectare. since, cepat got 30,000 acres like Dutaland both can fetch market value myr800million at least. i have some share in cepat. But, the downside is Cepat has many matured trees. thus, fetch lower value. anyway, its still undervalued as it also have biomass power generation
