In comparison, IOI has substantial acreage in Indonesia as well but profitability is fantastic. It has very good management and market savvy traders on its team.

IOI fantastic result was powered up by Refinery sale

TSH said by this Qtr sale of 2 Palm Oil estates to KLK will bring in Rm39 million profits which equal to 2.84 sen

Latest profit was 1.51 sen

So for August 2021 result we already can "SEE"

2.84 sen or an increase of 1.33 sen (88% increase) from 1.51 sen

That is not including its

Sale of FFB, CPO & PKC

Ecowood profits from high lumber prices

Cocoa price rise

Indonesia to change crude palm oil export levy system "soon" - official

(Reuters) - Indonesia will change its crude palm oil export levy system "soon", Eddy Abdurrachman, the chief executive the government body in charge of collecting palm oil levies (BPDB), told Reuters on Monday.

Indonesian authorities have been weighing up for months whether to cut the crude palm oil (CPO) export levy, which has been at its highest level for five months in a row, hurting demand.

"The finance ministry regulation is still being processed, I can't confirm when it will take effect," Eddy said by text message.

Dia pun mengatakan, dengan penurunan tarif ekspor CPO ini, produsen sawit bisa berinvestasi atau meningkatkan kapasitas produksinya, sehingga bisa menyerap tenaga kerja semakin besar.

"Penurunan levy (pungutan ekspor) ini diharapkan memberikan ruang gerak perusahaan untuk berinvestasi atau meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, sehingga menyerap tenaga kerja tambahan," tuturnya.

Menurutnya, penurunan tarif ini penting, terutama di kala pemerintah ingin memulihkan ekonomi lebih cepat.

"Ini penting di saat pemerintah ingin pemulihan ekonomi berjalan lebih cepat," ujarnya.

Seperti diketahui, pada 3 Desember 2020 lalu Menteri Keuangan baru saja menerbitkan PMK No 191/PMK.05/2020 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No.57/PMK.05/2020 tentang Tarif Layanan Badan Layanan Umum Badan Pengelola Dana Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Pada Kementerian Keuangan. PMK tersebut baru berlaku sejak tujuh hari setelah peraturan ini terbit atau sejak 10 Desember 2020 lalu.

Namun, baru enam bulan berjalan, Menteri Keuangan akan mengubahnya kembali…..
