As of now Tsh made over Rm400 million revenue this qtr

Rm269 millions used to pare down loans

Rm100 mil to pay levy, taxes and others

Got profit of Rm57 millions or 4.15 sen

total loan left only Rm83 millions

another Rm550 mil from land sold will further pare down loan to only Rm280 mil

Tsh cash position is Rm282 mil

very very soon Tsh will be debt free

if Tsh continues to get Rm400 mil in future qtrs all cash can be distributed as high dividends like Inno

2) Resignation of Principal Officer : 


A) ED Tan is resigned on June 2022 


B ) Ex CFO is resigned on June 2022 


C) CFO Tan whom is appointed on June is resigned on 4/8/2022 ….

Tsh Director Lim Fook Hin also bought 500,000 shares On Jan 2022 around Rm1.10 to make it 2.1 Million total Tsh shares

At Rm1.89 peak he no selling any yet holding till now

As we are not punting but investing longer term we will hold

for tech we have seen too many pump and dump

Gpacket with news of Spore fund in plus media spread news of e-banking license and rumour of China investment was pumped to Rm1.60

Calvin warned Pang72 when Gpacket was Rm1.60 and even pumped to Rm1.90

then Gpacket crashed limit down many times to only 5 sen now

Remember that the boss started to buy in Nov 2020. It is almost two years now. Maybe the boss will cont to buy for another 4 years to increase his holding to 33%. Cont to hold ya....
