Hi guys

Tsh is now on uptrending mode

Tsh Chairman will get Rm26 millions dividend

lot's of fire power to buy 500,000 shares till Feb 2023

by Feb 2023 Tsh should be debt free and the Rm230 millions if follow Inno could be given out as further dividends

Chairman will have more ammunition to buy even more Tsh shares for another two months till April 2023

by then these will have happened

Savvy Guru like Fong Siling aka Cold Eye and Dr Neoh of Dynaquest might also be buying

Funds that love dividend (Public Mutual already got 3 Funds in Tsh) will be buying

Also many who receive dividends will reinvest all dividends to get even more Tsh shares

With Debt free cash rich status Tsh should see gradual strength over a long uptrend

no hurry as we are very long term investors

Your Sifu Philip already disowned you. Plus your Sifu bought the Serba which crashed from Rm1.60 to 2 sen
Serba insider selling and running from Serba while tsh dropped from Rm1.60 to 91 sen and now rebounded up strongly to Rm1.14

Insiders of Tsh been buying non stop can't you use your tiny mouse brain to think ?

why is Ah Pen keeps buying. If he got so much money he can go and buy some other plantations. He knows that TSH is currently selling at RM15k per acre of fruiting palm oil land which is the cheapest around and so if he doesnt buy then he is Gongkia.

Yes. Those who always swayed easily by naysayers are surely gong kia. I Bought at RM1 range instead, did an averaging down. Now its almost breakeven, from huge loss to mild (or insignificant) unrealised loss. Soon will turn green. Key Point: always make own judement, listen less to forums (but you can enjoy the show here). cheers.

Yes let's do a simple calculation

If one has bought Tsh at Rm1.60 he should not be Gongkia cutloss below Rm1.00

He should instead do this

For every Tsh bought at Rm1.60 he should NOT CUTLOSS BUT BUY 2 MORE AT BOTTOM 91 SEN

SEE

NOW TSH IS RM1.14

SO HIS FIRST PURCHASE

RM1.60
Less RM1.14

= - 46 SEN
SO PAPER LOSS IS 46 SEN

BUT IF HE BUYS 2 TSH AT BOTTOM 91 Sen

Now Tsh is Rm1.14

So Rm1.14
Less 91 sen

= 23 sen profit
If he buy 2 (only Rm1.82)
Then profit is 23 x 2
= 46 sen

So now all his 3 Tsh average out
The cost Rm1.14

Today he break even

More than that
Tsh is giving 8 sen dividend per share

And also Tsh is now UPTRENDING

SO BY NOT CUTTING LOSS LIKE GONGKIA WEECHICHI VERY SMART TO TURN LOSSES INTO PROFIT

In Joint venture Rm112 millions

Investment securities Rm55 mil

Total investment Rm245 Millions

Investment less debt

Rm245 mil - Rm140 debt

Surplus Rm105 millions

In principle Tsh is now debt free

One more interesting highlight

When Klk took Ijmplant private the last balance sheet of Ijmplant dated November 2021
Showed a debt of Rm400 millions (after debt less cash)

Ijmplant with debt of Rm400 millions was taken private then at Rm3.10 (from Rm2.20) with a premium of extra 90 sen

Now after one year Tsh balance sheet shows a net surplus of Rm105 millions with net cash going to reach Rm335 millions

In that light we see

Ijmplant with net debt worth Rm3.20(if we include 10 sen dividend )

Now Tsh with net cash Rm335 millions is only valued by Mr Market at Rm1.14

All founders and Directors want to see their share price go up eventually

Why in Ipo time Founders anxiously want to see price perform on its 1st day of Ipo listing

Tsh chairman painstaking effort buying 500,000 shares each day tell us that he sent Tsh share price to excel and go up much higher like all successful palm oil companies
